About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building meaningful business relationships. You will be among the first recruits for this new product line, playing a key role in laying the foundation for growth and partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for a youthful, creative, and driven individual to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and approach potential clients and business partners
  • Initiate and manage outreach efforts through email, calls, social media, and networking event
  • Pitch Broos.io services clearly and persuasively
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and client onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align outreach with campaign goals
  • Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights
  • Self-driven with excellent time management skills

Requirements

  • Age: Preferably between 18–30 years old
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (final year students or recent graduates welcome)
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Passion for startups, fintech, or innovation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in sales, client management, or outreach (internships count!)
  • Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, Digital Advertisement or fintech products
  • Graphic or content creation skills
  • Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional platforms
