In June 2023, Lusaka Apex Medical University (LAMU), a trailblazing institution dedicated to excellence in medical education and training, partnered with Broos Action Innovations to revolutionize their online presence. Our mission was to design, develop, and deploy a cutting-edge website that would showcase LAMU’s exceptional programs and services and reflect their commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and academic excellence.

From the outset, it was clear that LAMU understood the importance of having a strong online presence in today’s digital age. They recognized that a well-designed website could serve as a powerful tool to attract new students, showcase their faculty’s research and achievements, and communicate their values to the world. However, they also knew that their website needed to be more than just a digital brochure – it needed to be a reflection of their brand identity and a testament to their dedication to quality education and healthcare.

Our team at Broos Action Innovations was thrilled to take on this exciting challenge. We began by collaborating closely with LAMU’s internal IT team to understand their unique needs, preferences, and goals for the website. Through detailed discussions and brainstorming sessions, we gained valuable insights into their brand identity, target audience, and desired user experience. Armed with this knowledge, we set out to design a website that would captivate visitors from the moment they landed on the homepage.

We focused on creating a clean, modern design that highlighted LAMU’s impressive programs, faculty profiles, and research achievements while also incorporating advanced features to enhance the user experience. From interactive galleries showcasing their state-of-the-art facilities to intuitive navigation menus that made it easy for visitors to explore their services, every element of the website was carefully crafted to delight and engage.

But our journey was not without its challenges. As with any complex project, there were moments of uncertainty and doubt. There were times when we questioned whether we were on the right track, whether we were truly capturing the essence of LAMU’s brand. However, through perseverance, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence, we overcame these challenges and emerged stronger than ever.

After eight months of intense development, design, and deployment on Aria STUDIO, we handed over the hosting to LAMU, but our relationship didn’t end there. We continue to provide ongoing support, consultations, and complex integrations to ensure the website remains a cutting-edge reflection of LAMU’s mission and values.
